Wells Fargo Bank

I've visited this branch on 3 separate occasions to take care of a legal name change. To this day they're unable to do the name change and I have all appropriate documentation. Their customer service is awful and the way they speak to people is awful. And, to close your account you need to sit with a banker. Not only do I not recommend using this branch, I do not recommend Wells Fargo. TD bank did my name change with just my driver's license and Capital One with a W9. Wells Fargo - get with the times!

This is where I had opened my first bank account years ago. Wells Fargo is OK, not my favorite bank overall but seems decent. My family banks there and have had decent experiences, also they have been helping my mom recently dealing with financial matters after the passing of my father.

Very rude tellers. Most of the tellers that are men specifically, are super rude and petty. I am definitely not opening a bank account at this bank after what my mother went through today. Absolutely horrible experience. And I thought my job as a military cadet was frustratingud83dude05ud83dude05

Have been with Wells Fargo for several decades without a problem. Recently tried to open a home equity loan was told to lie on the application which cause problems down the road. Needless to say the application was denied.nnWhen I went to 2 other banks and I was approved immediately with no problem.nnWhen Wells Fargo investigated day return to reply no evidence was found of any wrongdoing. Needless to say I moved all my accounts to another bank.nnThere is no need for further correspondence in this matter. WF failed to acknowledge the lack of knowledge of their personell at the expense of losing a faithful customer

Closed the branch that had 4 stars and kept this one open. Extremely long wait just to see a teller. Dont waste your time with wells Fargo
