Chase Bank

Very helpful manager who helped me with my mother's account after she passed.

Rude ,had appointment they lost it,no clue on operations for banking ,very unorganized.They blame virus other banks treat you better.I went to Chase on Rt 1 on S Brunswick way better servoce .

I love this branch. The Branch Manager, Diana Montoya-Verez is so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Yale Selim has also been especially helpful to myself and my daughter, who also has an account there. I have always felt welcomed by all the staff, and during the current Covid restrictions they have been especially helpful on the phone - both patient and ready with answers to any questions I might have. This is the way banking should be!

Dont know what these other reviews are about, but i can say. Love this bank. Always been helped with any and all questions. My only problem, is the idiots who dont realize there are 2 lanes going around to window and when you dont follow the lines you back up the entire drive through. Thanks knucklelheads .. I just wanted to use Atm.

I've never felt more disrespected until today. They told me I couldn't cash a check because the name on the check looks like it's altered. I showed identification gave them other forms of id. My name appears on the account as well but they told me they couldn't take it I will never ever do business or go to that Branch ever again save yourself the trip do not do business with Chase on route 33 Hamilton
