Haven Healing Collective

I started sessions here a couple years ago to recover from a broken foot, hurt shoulder, and inflammation. The staff are truly focused on health and healing. I initially benefited from yoga classes, and more recently from regular myofascial release sessions with Morgan. My goal is to paddle board yoga with Cat! My skin has benefited from Joanna’s facial care recommendations, and I enjoyed her super cleansing. The instructors are smart. They continue to help me rebalance. Great to have this team right here in High Bridge.

No one does yoga better! There is no doubt Haven has the best balance of challenge and spirituality. All patrons are kind and the instructors are top notch. Good vibes and great people!

My children gifted me an hour of private practice at Yoga+Barre Haven and it was AMAZING! The studio is peaceful, tranquil and calming. Catherine, the owner, was my teacher. She is engaging, enthusiastic and explained things in a way that really connected with me. She loves her practice and that really shines thru as a teacher - she was so excited to share her knowledge and as things clicked for me she was genuinely as excited as I was! Exceeded my expectations!!

Loved it! Accepting atmosphere for all different types of people at different skill levels. It's just what the mind, body, and soul has been asking for.
