Lightbridge Academy

We love Lightbridge Academy! The front office staff is extremely friendly and communicated with families often. The facilities are clean and age appropriate. We love the education our three year old is getting while in the Khaki Kangaroos! Her teachers are kind and loving. We love that we can check in on her via the cameras and the many pictures and updates we get daily!

Lightbridge of Flemington feels like family to us. Our daughter loves school thanks to those teachers and staff. She has learned so much in her time there... so much more than I could have taught her. We are so thankful for their commitment to safety and care.

My son has been with this daycare since he was 9 months old. He is now 4.5 years old. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs childcare.

Lightbridge has been such a positive experience. It's a great place to grow and learn both as a teacher and a child. I've loved caring for each and every child that has come through these doors and have been so grateful to be able to grow within the company as well.

Hi I currently am employed here at the Flemington LIGHTBRIDGE I've been here since January 2018. When I first interviewed they were only offering part time but I said why not still go. Well after my interview I got a phone call the director really liked me and offered me full time. I floated for about 6 months and covered all the classrooms. After I was offered the lead position in the toddler classroom and I accepted it. I was in purple cats for about 2 years. This March covid happened and we were off of work for a few months. I was called back July and covered the pre-k room. Come August I was offered the preschool position and I felt honored and super excited. My bosses are great Alicia was promoted to director and Laura was promoted to assistant director such an amazing team. This is by far the best child care center I've worked out and the best team of bosses. Nothing like waking up in the morning driving to work knowing your appreciated. I would recommend this center to any friends or family the curriculum is great and very educational.
