Great place to relax, people watch, eat good food or all the above. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. The bill was fair for the quality of food.

Usually no problem with my order at other locations. Ordered 5 sandwiches (2 with added cheese) and 5 bags of chips using the app. Got only 4 bags of chips and missing cheese on one sandwich. Would have cost more to go back and get the order fixed than the $2.50 that I paid for the missing chips and cheese. Disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting 2 hrs for my food and I’m located down the street from them. I called after and hr and they said their delivery driver should be back to the store and that mine was the next one to be out for delivery. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. The other time they ran out of bread and didn’t call to ask me if I wanted to Change my sandwich to an unwhich or if I wanted to cancel my order. This is beyond ridiculous. If I was able to leave to get my food I would.

I ordered online. One hour later no one shows up. I call they say they don’t know where their delivery driver is with no explanation. I say OK I will come and get it myself. When I come in the dude looks at me and says “here” and hands me the sandwich. Wouldn’t give me credit for the delivery or tip and had the people skills of a savage. Will not return. Fact. The owner hunts endangered species.
