If you're in a not so happy place in your life I would highly recommend coming in with some gloves, it was amazing and really helpful. So addictive.

Started doing g kickboxing here about 3 months ago. Lost 35 lbs doing this and it has changed my life. It's so fun and it's an incredible workout! Classes at convenient times and the trainer will work with you if you have never done something like this before. Great environment for encouragement and self-improvement. Highly recommend

I absolutely adore this place. It really pushes me to the limit. To top it off, the staff is awesome!!
