Planet Fitness

Great gym for the price but I get off work around 9-9:30pm and can’t seem to make it to the gym because of the new hours. I know many people that this has effected and we have been looking up other gyms in the area that are staying open 24/7. Why can’t Planet stay open when other gyms can? I paid for a 24 hour gym. I can go to a bar until 11pm but can’t go to the gym? Seems silly to me. If other gyms weren’t allowed to be open I would understand, but they are. I feel like planet is just lazy if you ask me.

Sick of the regulations when it comes to using a machine next to someone. Maybe planet fitness employees should go by the same rule..... one female worker likes to be less than a foot away from other men touching their chest and arms.... terrible service. Planet fitness is losing my membership for good!!

Terrible experience. My husband got COVID last week and we have been sick at home. Today, I decided to call and cancel (because we were too sick to call last week + waiting for test results). Associate did not know informations and manager was completely rude. They said I had 2 options to cancel, 1st was to go to the planet fitness myself and cancel it, 2nd was to send a letter explaining why I want to cancel it. Not over the phone options. I can’t go out to mail a letter or go in personal there because of COVID. Finally, the manager told me to email them the reason why I’m canceling it (which I believe I should not give them explanations, I just want to cancel!!!!). Also, even though we sign a contract, to avoid the annual fee I should have canceled before the 25th of February - the day we got tested! How was I supposed to know? They do not care about you and the situation. They do not try to understand. She also offer me to freeze my account but I’m not going back to this gym. Also, many times I’ve seen people not cleaning up equipments when they were done using. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!

Great first day there, it was wonderful, can't wait to do it again.

Planet Fitness is the best $20/month I spend. Flemington is my home gym, but I get access to every Planet Fitness location. Incredible people, everyone is so friendly. I just can't wait to take this mask off!
