Today I finished my 28 day transformation and I am thrilled with my results. About a year ago I lost some weight, but I've been stuck and haven't seen the scale move or felt extra room in my clothes. I called Michelle and she told me that I need to switch things up and focus on better nutrition. I decided to meet her and see what this program is all about. Within 5 minutes I knew I was in the right place. Michelle is nurturing, supportive, and inspiring. I knew right away that she truly cares about her clients and wants us to succeed. Her classes are fun and challenging and every class there's something new. I'm never bored and find myself wishing we had more time. My knowledge about nutrition has grown and I'm happy to say that I'm making wise choices when planning meals or reaching for a snack. Although my 28 days are over my time with Michelle is not.
