This place is the best! reasonably priced for a studio, friendly environment, clean, new equipment. There are all different types of classes so you can always mix it up, and no matter your experience level, you will always be challenged! Class schedule is awesome as well. There is always a class that you will like. It's great if you have a busy schedule because they offer classes early in the morning and late at night!

The instructors are fantastic, and always welcome questions. They will also tailor poses if you have a limitation. The thing that makes this place so unique among the gyms and workout places is the people and camaraderie. It truly is like a family. And you will love it here.

After 5 months of work and fun I have lost almost 30 pounds and 13 inches. The coaching and friendship offered is like a breath of fresh air. Things in life are so complicated, however when I enter the door at Sphericality so much melts away as the focus transfers to my wellness, to the comforting community, and love that is offered.
