This is my first time posting a review, but I believe it's one that is long overdue. Fred Beans Nissan of Flemington should be considered the flagship car buying experience. I'm very skeptical when dealing with car dealerships, but I must confess this car buying experience was the best by far. I especially thought the group was very accommodating and followed the Covid protocols to ensure I was comfortable entering the sales floor.nnMy salesperson Hannah was very kind, attentive, responsive, and follow through on all my request. She also called several weeks later to ensure we were enjoying the vehicle.nnI left this car buying experience feeling like I wasn't take advantage of and that the staff took the quality of the customer experience seriously.

This dealership is wonderful! My company just leased a fleet of cars from Fred Beans Nissan of Flemington and I literally can't think of anything they could have done better, they are that good.nnDarren Lauer, our sales person was amazing. He provided us with top-notch, impeccable customer service, and really partnered with us through each step of the process and went out of his way to make it as stress-free as possible. Darren patiently answered endless questions, and was always very friendly, professional, responsive, and super easy to work with.nnThank you Fred Beans Nissan for giving us a great experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Nissan Frontier in to have a replacement key cut and programmed. Paul, the service manage, was extremely friendly and helpful. He also provided me with a courtesy discount to lessen my bill. We also discussed some upcoming service that I will be doing, and I would definitely recommend him and his service department to any Nissan owner

Sales process went well, and we appreciated the honesty and professionalism of everyone we interacted with. That professionalism doesn’t carry over to the service department, however. Abruptly canceled our oil change appointment made 5 months in advance without calling to explain or rebook. When we called to ask about the unexplained cancellation, a pleasant woman took the information and promised to call back. No call ever came, just an automated text with a new appointment for a different time. Calling back again we spoke to a man who offered no explanation and no apology (probably because he canceled the appointment himself), and said our oil change could take over two hours because “everyone leaves for lunch at noon.” Dealer service is always overpriced, but typically it is courteous. Seems this shop staff needs a refresher course on how to work with customers.

Hannah Schwartz was great. She was professional, friendly and really cared. She helped me purchase my Rogue and I just love it!!
