Club Pilates

Passionate instructor who will consult your injuries and discomfort! The stuff here are very friendly!nI love the blue light surrounding the whole room. They get various of equipments so that various of exercises can be performed.nI enjoyed a lot working out here and motivated by the instructors and other students!nnThe only thing I wish they can do better is that they might want a larger coat hanger during the winter!

Beautiful studio very nice staff for the most part but not a very pregnant friendly establishment. None of the classes had any disclaimers, the instructors don’t ask if anyone’s expecting, when you join no paper work asks either. I figured all classes were ok for pregnant women. I took a class that was supposed to be for 12 weeks and under, I was informed after the class and I was 15 weeks. On another occasion I took a class and the instructor insisted I cover my nose, I explained to her I’m pregnant and having shortness of breath and I can cover my nose but during some moments of the class I will need to pull the mask below my nose for some air. (Just as people sip their water without an issue) I need to get some air through my nose at some point. She asked me to leave. I sent out an email it was never answered. I called and asked to cancel they waived the cancelation fee but wouldn’t refund me the remainder of my money for classes not taken, I told them I’m not comfortable returning to your studio that was a humiliating experience. They stated “well whenever you’re comfortable the credits will be here.” Just awful experience. I felt there was no professionalism in how the situation was handled. And as a business owner I’d refund the guest if it were our wrong doing.

Club Pilates lack of ethical standards is worth a shout.nnI signed up with Club Pilates at the end of February and paid in full for 10 classes.nAt that time my schedule could honor a 10-class commitment.nAfter my second class, news of covid19 began circulating locally.nClub Pilates was not a safe environment and transmission was ideal for the virus to spread!n1) close contact, 2) insufficient ventilation, 3) no additional precautions , cleaning or sanitary measures were put in place.nnI stopped going to classed and accepted the loss of my prepaid classes as I wasn’t willing to compromise my health and safety.nnThree weeks after that Govern Murphy closed down the state for non-essential businesses.nnOn August 12, (6 months later) Club Pilates charged my credit card for an additional 3 months!nI Immediately called to have this charge reversed since I did not authorize it. I was told everyone was informed on July 16th when they reopened and resumed classes. I never received this message. The woman I spoke with checked the number and told me they never contacted me.nnThen I received an email from Rich stating that he could charge me for the extra three month, because executive order No.107 which was odd because Executive order No. 107 was directing all residents to stay home!nnBeing a business owner myself I understand that times are difficult but that's no reason to engage in unethical behavior.

Great staff!! Leah and Bethany are fantastic behind the desk! Classes are fantastic. Ashley and aBrenda are wonderful additions. Both are very knowledgeable and it’s never the same class.

I never had an interest to pilates, until my girlfriend made me try a class with her one day. All I can say is pilates has left me sore on muscles i didn’t know i could work out on. I rather take a pilates class then head to the gym sometimes. Also i’ve noticed how well they adapted to the whole pandemic, they are very clean. I feel more comfortable coming here during this rough time, it’s a great escape.
