Top Tomato Super Store

My bf and I always go to top tomato on the weekends and never had a problem until today. My bf was waiting to order at the deli section and the man just ignored him for over 5 min. My bf asked if it was open and the man said yes then walked away. As soon as my bf left the area this older gentleman went and got served within one min. My boyfriend then went back and got ignored again. I told him that this is ridiculous we just left. I'm still confused as to why we were ignored.

I called this place and I know not to shop here. I got transferred THREE times just to see if they had any Impossible meat or Beyond burgers. No one knew what I was talking about. The people here need to learn how to be more educated with plant based meat. Really unacceptable. The last person said if I was looking for ground pork or beef. I said, nevermind, thank you and hung up. I said vegan meat three times and clearly no one andwered my question.

Food is still decent but has changed. New owners. Prices up. Meats are good deli is good

I watch employees, working the isles and handling packaged goods with their faces fully covered with a mask.nnWhy can't the guys working behind the deli counter do the same. THEY work with open food, their face should be covered! But no, they wear them under their chin or only cover their mouth.nnWhen you say something to them, they give you an attitude. I wonder what the department of health would say about their attitude.

We could not be with my mother-in-law on Thanksgiving- I called and I spoke with Mego (I think that was his name)- Super nice guy- I asked if they delivered and he said yes and what the cost was- The food was delivered on time and fresh- She LOVED IT!!!!! Way to go you guys did a fantastic job and made the holiday a little more bearable!! Thanks for great service and your kindness-nKelly B
