Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan

Highly disappointed by the service I received from the sale person Sacha and the finance agent James. I was rushed during my purchase and was reminded numerous time by the sales person that the office was closing soon. I was rushed to the point that the finance agent James forgot to charge my card and I left without paying a down payment. But in the following days was haggled to pay my down payment. I was not offered any refreshments, no hospitality, no small talk to feel welcomed by either person that I dealt with. The car was disgusting with gum stuck on the seat. Black finger prints on the ceiling. Claimed to have washed the vehicle but the rims was dirty. I spent 2 weeks with customer care to activate my infotainment system which could’ve easily been done with Sacha. Purchasing my first vehicle from Land Rover I was expecting white glove service but all I inexperienced was rushed service and quite frankly not welcomed. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from this establishment. I will however recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Land Rover to go to the Land Rover dealership in Paramus NJ as they were much more accommodating to my needs.

This place closed without telling most people. Including me... $99,000 vehicle and this how they treat me.... 2019. Dont get me wrong but I am happy with everything else. Sales person and service. Just was upset I wasn't told they was closed for renovations. I give that a 5 star. I have to go back to one. Went to new ownership and was told under new management. Long story short, I ordered a part in February ( the small cover for key ). I kept calling and was told to pick it up. Wasn't ready, forgot about me. Will drop off at my house and INSTALL it for me but now we in April and still WAITING... Here it is November 2020 and still same. Do not go to this one.... Please... Trust me.

The mechanics were incredibly helpful as I wandered from floor-to-floor looking at cars. The cars are beautiful. I didn't interact much with the sales staff - they more or less left me to my own devices. Not sure if that's a good thing.

Great experience in the service department dealt with the two service writers Nelson and Jay very professional took my Range Rover to check the brakes. They found out that my car also needed it and updated so they took care of the update, cleaned the brakes and did an oil change. Great Service

Had an excellent experience purchasing my new Defender from Frank Pascale. I changed my mind a few times, but in the end he got me exactly what I was looking for.nThe whole transaction was extremely smooth. Highly recommended.
