After years of waiting to finally buy furniture from this company, I have been BEYOND let down by the customer service/shipping and logistics experience. Even if I love the furniture (if & when it arrives) I probably won’t reorder from here again due to the shipping experience, lack of communication and organization and control when it comes to logistics.nnNot only is the shipping company incredibly rude and unprofessional, but they never even originally called to schedule a delivery. After MULTIPLE calls to the logistics company, emails and calls to article, a delivery was finally scheduled.nnCome delivery day - Today - we arranged that someone would be home to receive the furniture during the time frame provided. We are working humans who don’t really want to take a day off to receive furniture between 10am and 2pm on a Thursday, but after the headache we worked something out.nnWe receive a call at 1:30 that the delivery will be closer to 3. Come 330, no furniture in sight. No truck. Nothing. No further contact from the delivery team.nnIt’s infuriating. And disappointing at the very least. when a customer spends well over $3000 on ANYTHING, an effort should be made by the company to ensure a smooth and effortless experience.nnWhen the furniture does show up, it better be perfect. I can’t imagine the headache associated with any sort of “return”.nnI should have trusted the other reviews regarding the shipping process.
