Arrived 0930 for our 1000 appointment, dropping 10 pallets frozen product.nnPull in past the guard shack, there is a Driver’s Entrance at the near end of the building. But, possibly due to COVID, we checked in with a hostler who drove up to us.nnWe were given a dock right away - the guys unloading us were standing at the open dock door before we even pulled in!nnUnloading started immediately and they were done by 1000.nHostler came by with gate pass and paperwork and we were out the gate by 1010!nnExcellent work! I wish all our drops & pickups were this great!!!!!

my appointment was for 11 am an then they tell me its at 2 pm and i tell them that my paperwork say 11! so i tell them im calling my office and while waiting in my truck they call at 11:30 an say back in door 4 so i did! then at 12:00 i notice everyone is out side eating lunch where i work not everyone goes to lunch at the same time! and here it is 12:30 and still not loaded ! I HOPE I NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! THIS PLACE IS SLOW!

Maybe because of COVID-19 but got there at 5:45 am and the yard jockey bought my bol in the office and within 30 mins assigned a dock and within 25 mins they had me in and out very quick.
