Trying to make reservations let me go all the way through took the money but didn't send me the tickets. Called and spoke with someone to get told they was full for the time I tried to reserve. Been emailing with a lady named Sara from there she sent me a photo that shows a daye of 11/10/2020 and no money being taken out. Well being that I tried to make the reservations yesterday 11/13/2020 I find it kind of odd. My bank shows where it was taken out but there saying it wasn't. The lady said I need to try another time slot well did that didn't work either. Been emailing her today no answer. And of course call the number and know one answers.

Worst rink I’ve ever been to. The employees are extremely rude. Not only were they rude to me but they were rude to my children as well. The ice itself is extremely dangerous because they never run the machine over it. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Admission is cheap, $6 for admission & $4 for skate rental. You get what you pay for. The rink was in terrible condition, there were divots and large holes all through out the rink making it difficult to skate smoothly. We went on a Sunday so it wasn't that packed but I can only imagine what it's like on a Friday or Saturday. The rink itself is not very big. The staff was ok. The skates were wet on the inside and my laces were cut so I could barely tie my skates. It was an okay experience but will probably never go back.

After having 95$ stolen from my friends, from the “safety bin” we paid for to have our stuff “locked up,” I cannot recommend this rink— or at least do not pay for a “safety bin” as they are clearly not safe. We talked to two managers, and both said that they couldn’t do anything but give us vouchers for free skating. We asked for security footage and they said it would be 6-8 hours before receiving the footage. They simply took my friends names and gave them a number to call about the footage. They said there was nothing else they could do. I asked them what would happen if I called the police and they repeated the fact that they don’t have security footage since it is through linkology and apparently not on site. The first manager who saw us offered vouchers but did not offer to refund our money for the “safety bin” or even our skate rentals. The second manager seemed to not care at all that we had just had almost $100 STOLEN, which is a crime, espesically since we paid for the service of someone keeping items safe. There was apparently only 3 people in the locker room with the bins, yet the manager still didn’t know where the money went. The second manager did not seem to take us seriously and sort of blew the situation off. My friend and her parents went back the same night and the managers lied and told my friends parents that we could have gotten our money back but we had left, like that was our choice. They then gave my friend $50 but no more, when they said they couldn’t give us anything at all, but also lied and were now saying we could have gotten our money back. A LIE. They clearly wanted us to leave and never once said our issue would be resolved. I am very saddened and frustrated that people have to steal, and that the managers of this facility aren’t taking this matter seriously. Many others “safety bins” were in the same locker room, and I’m sure they came up short in their wallets after skating too. Bottom line, tapes should be reviewed, and someone should be fired.
