Working With Russia Has Been Absolutely Amazing She Is So Kind , Yet Pushes You To Find Strengthens Within Yourself You Didn’t Know You Had. Her Patience Is Phenomenal! I Would Definitely Recommend Her If You Are Looking For A Personal Trainer, Meal Preparations, Small Group Workouts, Zumba And The list Goes On! I Love Her!
RushFit Studio is by far the best place that I’ve ever worked out at. Russia was my trainer, she is very professional and takes her job very serious. She gave me all the tools that I needed to achieve my body goals. Come prepared to work hard because she will push you to achieve whatever goal it is to achieve.
It was great training with rush she prepared me for fall training camp at Florida International University. She also very professional and the gym was cleaned before and after the work out!
Russia is an amazing trainer!! She is very professional and always keeps the gym nice and clean in between clients
