Very knowledgeable and great personal training with a program designed specifically for everyone's abilities. I would recommend Mr. Harris to help you too reach your full potential. Pass this on to your friends, that this is probably one of the best instructors in the tri:-state. I wish I would've found this instructor sooner. After working with Mr. Harris I have reached a plateau that I didn't think was acchieveable but thanks to his program for me I've surpassed my goals and still continue with his advisary skills that has enhanced myself and my family that also are enjoying his program designed for them.
Vanoy is an excellent trainer and I’ve learned so much from him about nutrition. He pushes you to your own personal capabilities and steps in to help when needed. He does a great job of holding you accountable and he measures your success regularly. On top of being a great trainer, Vanoy is like a ray of sunshine in my day, my mood is always uplifted after a session with Him! He keeps it positive and he’s an interesting guy to get to know.
