Me and my boyfriend went together to do our taxes about almost two months ago. My boyfriend put our son under his name. In the 1040 paper for my son they put him as (daughter) after we said it was a boy. I suggest you go somewhere else. We’ve been waiting so long for our tax money and found out why we didn’t get it.

I have been using this accounting service for over 5 years and I most say over the years not having any knowledge of how an accounting office runs etc i never realized how much of a bad service I have been receiving for over the years. When you call non of the office staff is really not very knowledgeable. The accountant Carlos is never ever available to take or return a call. I have called the office over the past week and just keep being left on hold. All in all I will be looking for a new CPA for myself and my other 10 family members that used their services.nnCustomer service comes a long way and they seem to have forgotten this.

i did my taxes this year with them reccomended for one of their client, but it was the worse reccomended that i had in my life. i will never go back with this unprofesional people. thay are just sucks. don t lose your time go there go somewhere else.
