As for my experience with Juan Carlos he is a hard person to reach when I call the office his never there please be aware of this place as multiple people had the same issue we wouldn’t recommend it at all

Juan has been extremely irresponsible. I have spent months trying to reach him. I paid him to do my taxes and turns out that he never submitted my taxes. I had to go to a new accountant and pay again. Not only did I have to pay again but owed the IRS late fees bc of this. I will not be returning to this place and will make sure that my friends don’t return either. According to him I owed 4000 dollars but went to a new accountant and he filed my taxes and I only owed $1600. Who knows what kind of work he is doing. He doesn’t even know how to include a traditional IRA and a property for depreciation. This is another example of a man who is taking advantage of his community.
