Pop-A-Lock

I have read about this business in the Local newspaper, in the past. They were dispatched to a vehicle issue we were experiencing approximately 6 weeks ago - and again for a different issue last Sunday. Both experiences were very positive. My wife and I will continue to use their services and highly recommend this location, in the future. Professional, Personable, Clean. and Timely. Keep up the Good Work!

Pop-A-Lock is an outstanding service, this is the second time I used this service through my insurance State Farm, and let me say, I called at 10:45 am and pop A Lock was here at 11:15 am. I was getting ready for work and I was rushing because I knew they would be here within 20 minutes to half hour, and just as I knew, my phone was ringing they were outside before i had a chance to get to the car myself. Outstanding service. I have not been disappointed yet. I recommend Pop A Lock to anyone for all your needs concerning your vehicle.

Showed up quick. Changed tire quick. Professional. I've had flat tires in the past. Twice I have used pop-a-lock for service and the employees seem to love their job. They do it with courtesy, respect and compassion. Two thumbs way up. 5 Stars. Will use their service anytime I have an issue.

I was told by my roadside assistance that the company was gonna be there at 4 and at 356 I called to see if they were where coming and I Explain that I had no identification on me and if they could verify some other way that the vehicle belong to me. So they verified by me explaining what my address was and some other information on our account and said OK that they were sending a vehicle out at 4 o’clock to come and get it. So while I was talking to that in tow company I explain to them what I had explain to insurance company or roadside assistance And they told me they were not gonna be able to come and get the car and that they were canceling the service after I waited there already for two hours. I usually never write a bad review for anyone because I used to work at Chrysler dodge Jeep Eagle ram at their service And I know how precious reviews are for a company because it tells a story about the company in just One review that someone can write. So with that said I had a horrible day with progressive roadside assistance and Pop a lock Towing just take your time and find out information about them before you use their company because they were unprofessional they didn’t care I was standing right there when they drove away and right past me and do you know what that feels like when somebody just drove right past you so just be cautious with them

I called pop-a-lock and was immediately greeted by a helpful woman on the phone. She answered all my questions and had a technician sent out to me within half an hour. Our technicians name was Harry. He was super friendly and professional. He got me us into our car within minutes!
