I called them last minute and they came out to me within the hour. The person on the phone was very helpful in explaining their service and the options that may take place. I needed them to cut and code a new key for my old car. The gentleman, Luis, who met me, was very pleasant and professional. He went to work and completed everything as I waited. I am so very pleased with the service from top to bottom. I’ve used other locksmiths before and my past experiences have been horrific.nThis was NOT the case with Liberty Locksmith. They went above and beyond and left me a completely satisfied customer. Customer service of this caliber rarely exists and deserves recognition. Thank you Liberty Locksmith. Five stars.
