I called them last minute and they came out to me within the hour. The person on the phone was very helpful in explaining their service and the options that may take place. I needed them to cut and code a new key for my old car. The gentleman, Luis, who met me, was very pleasant and professional. He went to work and completed everything as I waited. I am so very pleased with the service from top to bottom. I’ve used other locksmiths before and my past experiences have been horrific.nThis was NOT the case with Liberty Locksmith. They went above and beyond and left me a completely satisfied customer. Customer service of this caliber rarely exists and deserves recognition. Thank you Liberty Locksmith. Five stars.

I had an issue with my front door that I couldn’t open it because the door mechanism broke and was stuck. I called them and they sent a technician out within a few hours. He was professional and courteous and completely resolved the issue. They communicate and update via your phone which also makes the process smooth and efficient. I will recommend them to everyone.

Nelson was great reach out with exact time he would be to my home and arrived on time!! Was very professional did a great job cutting and programming my keys for my car. Will definitely use Liberty Locksmith again if ever needed.

I locked my keys in my car and called Liberty Locksmiths and they were at my vehicle in like 30 minutes. The locksmith was polite and very professional and had me in my car in no time. I would definitely use this service and company for any of my lock out or key making needs.
