The level of attention Resnick's Locksmith Services gave to the emergency job at my home was exceptional. He came out in less than one hour to tend to an urgent situation. I am highly satisfied and will recommend Resnick's Locksmith Services to everyone I know. They are very professional and customer-focused.

This place is so unprofessional, I called them about a key problem for my BMW and they said they’re going to be on their way to help fix the issue. I waited about 30mins and they called back saying they can not help us it’s a mechanical issue without even helping nor even coming to help!!! my car is at a mechanic and told me it’s a key problem!!!!! These people didn’t even bother to come! so how do they know what’s the issue?! I will never recommend this place to anyone. They hang up the phone on you when they’re in the wrong!!! So unprofessional it’s disgusting. If you didn’t want to help you should’ve said that instead of making up a poor excuse and not even trying! PATHETIC!!!!

Thanks to Resnick's Locksmith Services, I was able to get back into the house even though my wife had taken keys with her when she left the state. When I called them, they were very pleasant and sent an expert out to my home within a short time. The gentleman who showed up was also friendly who worked quickly to get me back into my home. Since my wife had left town I was also able to have a new key made as well.....

I had an excellent experience with this company and its locksmith. They sent a true proficient within an hour who unlocked my car to take out the keys left on the dashboard. Due to their timely service, I was able to attend a crucial company meeting on time. 5 stars!

Resnick Locksmiths are the best. I called them to install security upgrades at my jewelry shop. Took them 15 minutes to install it. They also told me how to process it easily. Excellent services.
