My new gym! Coaches are very welcoming and they look out for your well being and push you to be your best. There is not much more to say. This Gym has very friendly coaches and it is never a dull moment with each class. I enjoy coming to class because I know I will have a great time. I am being too repetitive at the moment. Give this place a shot! It sure is worth your $$$!

Love love love this place! Just moved to New York from South Carolina and this is my new home for the new year. Small classes, coaches give you lots of attention. They also have awesome new bikes. Great community, super excited to be apart of it for my fitness journey. :)))))))

Always enjoyed my experience there. The coaching gave me the tool I needed to achieve my fitness goals. The people are extremely kind hearted and care for the gym members.
