Staten Island Broadway YMCA

They change pool schedule literally every week without informing members. Sauna and steam room hardly ever work. People at the front desk usually don't know anything. I wish there was an alternative nearby. I would pay more for proper service.

This place is a joke. Half of the facilities are broken or out of order. The steam room is down, the locker room is nasty, the staff are slow. Pool hours are all over the place and inconsistent, and the membership price even with a deal is way over priced. Went three times trying to use the pool and haven’t been able to yet.

Every time I try to go to the YMCA, its closed..... what a joke towards people actually paying money...... false advertisement. This corporate is trying to steal people money. .Think about it, you spend 70 dollars a month trying to use the gym or whatever, but its closed due to the virus. Everyone is making excuses about the virus. WHAT A JOKE!

It’s a great place the staff is nice equipment is up to date. Overall an awesome place to work out at.

They fired the BEST JANITOR IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!nHe was so NICE/PERSONAL to everyone. He would help you if you asked him for it, he would make you FEEL LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS, and he was one of the NICEST PEOPLE YOU WOULD EVER MEET.nTHANK YOU YMCA FOR RUNING MY FUTURE GYM EXPERIENCE
