BayOhm Yoga

I did a beginners yoga class, being that it was my first time ever doing yoga. My first impression of the studio was that it was very clean, and Carolyn who was the instructor that night and also the founder of the place was extremely welcoming and also complied with covid regulations, which made me feel safe. I suffer from anxiety, and at first I was extremely awkward and nervous and I think Carolyn knew, but she turned that around, and made me feel comfortable by the sound of her voice, the positive things she was saying, and made me feel included. The whole practice was amazing, and at the end I felt relaxed and light, and she did not rush anyone to leave at all. I will def be returning for another class sooner then later! ud83dude4fud83cudffb

Open, inclusive, and welcoming yoga community. Teachers are wonderful at explaining the details and modifications to moves and giving individualized attention. Owned by an amazing Latina woman and yoga teacher, Carolyn. My fav classes are Yin Yoga and Restorative!

The teachers are great and experienced. Calming place to practice yoga and leave the stress behind!
