Terrible gym!nnWhen I had questions about membership I went to the front desk and asked. I followed their advice and it cost me alot of extra money.nnThey didn't know the policies and ownership didn't care about the incorrect info I received!nnThere are better gyms in Bayonne!nnResponding to your comment to my review:nnYour response comes across as very insincere. I had already called the gym several times and no one cared about the issue. I moved away and coming in is not possible and I question how much you speak with staff members since I told them several times about my move ever time I called.nnYou have my number on file and if you care about addressing my concerns, you can reach out to me. But, I have zero confidence that you will address this issue even though I followed what staff at the front desk told me and I reached out several times and felt that Retro Fitness did not care.nnI am a very unsatified customer and feel my only way to be heard is to write about my experience and the very poor customer service that I received.

Weird seeing bad reviews here. This place is great. The team is super friendly and I always see them running around to keep the place clean. They issue announcements about mask policies and social distancing. But I think people seem to forget they can't be everywhere at once and need to rely on the members to do their due diligence too. I live walking distance to the retro on city line and drive right passed it to come here because I like that much more. Seriously, great people working here, great vibes.

Went at 6am. Very very crowded with no regards to social distancing. No one wipes down. Some people had a mask down on their chin. Ridiculous I def will not be coming back. This place is a sweat box. Very little to no air circulation.

great place haven't been there in a while

Pretty good gym. Can't give it above three stars because this gym doesn't have dealift platforms or round plates for deadlifting. Other than that the gym is clean and has most of the equipment you would need.
