CVS

Shout out to Nicole in the pharmacy. At least I think that's her name, and I'm fairly sure she's brand new to the pharmacy team but she is delightful.nShe's an asset to the pharmacy and the store in general. I've not received that kind of customer service and care since I moved to the city.nGreat job and keep it up. I think you'll bring smiles to the faces of customers and co-workers alike.

This last time at CVS I needed to ask the pharmacist a few questions and they were very pleasant and helpful!

HORRIBLE! This store is not only dirty but the pharmacy staff is SO rude. I showed up for a flu shot since their website AND store signs say “walk ins welcome”, waited in line, and was told I need to make an appointment. A WEEK later (bc that’s the best she can do) I show up late to my appointment because I have an infant back at home and I’m told I need to reschedule. On their website every time slot was available! The pharmacist I spoke to was honestly the rudest person I ever spoke with - I was actually shocked. Went to the CVS at 1571 forest ave and they signed me in and gave me the flu shot all within 10 minutes. And they did so graciously. I’ll never ever ever return to the CVS at 501 forest and can’t believe they are even busy given the sub par service they provide to customers.

Good place to run around and quickly grab essentials and necessities. This CVS location in particular is well taken care of. However, the employees at the cash register don’t say “no” enough to customers here. For example, a woman with blond hair cut in front of us during our checkout, because her 1 dollar off coupon for chocolate was more important than our purchasing of essentials. The cashier did nothing to stop this woman from cutting in line, which makes it seem that CVS cashiers at this location, treat their customers like a number. And apparently, the cashier thought this woman that cut in line, was a greater number than we were. It’s similar to the problem that ViVi Bubble Tea has, that their food is great, but their service could improve. This CVS is a great place for essentials, but employees could use some extra training.
