Friendly people, don't know all the fine details about everything they offer.

there atms never seem to work especially at bmc i can not stand banks at all, thet are all crooks and keep getting bailed out by wasington. but if you miss 10 cents on your mortgage they will take your house immediately.but bcb is the worst of all banks.

Glad I switched banks! Terrible customer service, the tellers roll their eyes rudely, don't speak to you and act like YOU'RE inconveniencing them by making them do their job.
