PNC Bank

I ask and plead that PNC looks into this branch and the people working starting with the manager Aaron Tirado: Every potential or future customer please reconsider and go to another bank before you interact with that branch and that manager. He advises customers to do everything via phone so he doesn't have to do anything. He refuses services, and he also closes the branch during working hours. This pace is deceiving, and a representation of PNC

These are very nice people working in a tough situation. One customer can tie up the staff causing a backup but the staff is excellent and professional at all times. I have been banking there for years and have never had any issues or problems with any of the staff.

Unbelievable. People have been waiting in line for over 30mins and two employees are helping one customer. Makes no sense.

The manager (Aaron) is simply exceptional. He is what would embody a company's credo. He was easy to talk to, helpful, kind, professional, and the effort he put into my and my mothers situation (my fathers untimely passing) was amazing. He helped me get a copy of the Testamentary letter for over a week. If he didn't do it, my mother would have had to pay a ridiculous and unsubstantiated cost to the surrogate court for another new copy. I appreciate his help, his professionalism, his pride in his job. This man deserves a promotion. He embodies the work that is customer facing. He was amazing. Thank you Aaron!

Staff does their very best under tough conditions. All is takes is one customer to tie up one of the staff for awhile to cause a backup. The staff does the best they can and are always helpful and courteous. Very knowledgeable as well.
