Newark airport terminal C level 2

So far I met lots of helpful nice people. Some very kind,as I had a layover, over night. Shuttle drivers was very kind. And the airport is clean. Well maintained. United had very professional ppl working...nothing to complain about. 3 stars PLUS

The selection in the food court is mind-boggling to say the least. I went with the chicken pad Thai and it was delicious. The only bad thing was price. The Pad Thai bowl was $20, which isn't too bad, but a small container of grapes was $8.45!!! WAY too steep for 2 handfuls of grapes. My wife said her sushi was worse than what you can get at the grocery store (Kroger). Hence the dropped star.

Actually way better then I expected it to be, it was fast checking of bags, there was lots of help, great security, however the United flight I'm taking to Ft. Lauderdale is packed full, very efficient crew. All boarded quickly seated and ready to take off

I really feel like Newark can learn thing or two from JFK and La Guardia. Staff is rude and the airport could use some extra care. Each time I fly from Newark I am reminded why I prefer to travel a little further to the NYC airports

Well maintained area. Clean. But menedgment need to check cafés more - coffee and hot chocolate I've bought from this cafe were the most disgusting thing I ever had! And I'm not picky at all. Seems like they use 1 load of coffee in their machine several times and it's brown water infused with coffee aroma and hot chocolate is thr same
