(Terminal C - United)nThe check in process was semi-difficult, there weren't enough assistants at the computer check in terminals and people were beginning to get frustrated. It beats the only way of standing in line though!nTerminal C was really nice and clean! A modern facility for sure.. I'm on the plane now so I'd better behave.. thanks!

COVID-19 protocols in use.

Nice airport,, very clean and close to hotels, restaurants. Pretty easy to navigate. Everything is written is conspicuous letters with specific details. .Furthermore, the staff is very helpful, ready to guide you.nIt's also important to notice that some flights are cheaper from this airport.nI recommend this airport.

For one of the busiest International Airports, Newark is pretty efficient, especially for people in need of wheelchair assistance. As United Airline's hub and the one line I fly the most, the wheelchair area is easily demarcated with plenty of staff. I almost missed my flight today, but due to the diligence of Newark's Handicapped services, I was able to make my flight. Last one on and perfectly accommodated! Drawbacks are of course being a huge airport, but flights are usually on time and they do an excellent job getting all of the Airlines, including FedEx, choreographed well.
