They assume things add false expenses that will put you in trouble, they will ask you to pay ahead for you to review the documentation.. most similar services provides one with watermark on it but these guys don't.nnSupervisor was very unprofessional, BE CAUTIOUS!!!

Stay away and save yourself from IRS audit and penalties. They promise huge refund by claiming all kinds of deductions without your permission. If you get lured by the refund and pay them $1000+ as filing fee (which they ask to send to an Indian NRO account) , it is just a matter of time before you get IRS notice. Sudhirtax does not take responsibility and provide any support during the audit process

This company is the worst. They are dubious, file incorrectly and when you don't give them permission to file, they still go ahead and file on your behalf.

BEWARE!!! Fraudsters....nLike everyone else, I had the same experience with them.n1. They will promise you many things and charge high fees of $1000, but once you a IRS notice, they vanish.n2. They keep changing their phone numbers and even if you are lucky to know a number that works, they will never answer the phone.n3. They never respond to your emails.nnNever go with them. I am filing a formal complaint with the Internal Revenue Service about their malpractice.

I'm not interested to give 1 star either but google doesn't allow to post without providing the ratings. They hire inexperienced people to file your returns. They filed my 3 years old returns and charged the fee. IRS declined the refund since it was 3 years old. This guys doesn't even know the process. I asked them to return the fee but after multiple follow ups they denied to return the fee. They filed my 2017 return too and I received only partial refund. They don't even bother to respond to your email. And they will keep on sending emails when they need money to charge a fee. Really disappointing to work with such fraud people.
