My son was not thrilled with the content of the boxes. However, you can’t cancel subscription. Customer service was not very helpful. So think twice before ordering, but it’s not worse it. First box came broken with packages falling out. I was even wondering if it was safe to eat. I do not recommend.

I gave 1 star because I ordered my box December 21st and I even paid that extra money to have it expedited and it’s now January and I still don’t have my box. I will not be ordering from you guys anymore respectfully. Sorry but I can’t even get a hold of customer service to resolve this issue. Do better.

My family loves getting these boxes every month! Along with the food from different countries, there's also a pamphlet with facts about the country and the food. My 10 year old likes to be in charge of the score card to find out what our favorite and least favorite item is. We've never had an issue with outdated food or late boxes.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Go shop somewhere else. Purchased the box early Dec, paid extra to have it arrive by XMAS. Nothing...no call, no email. No shipping update, nothing. I tried to reach out multiple times to them via email but no answer.nBEWARE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR CHAT LINE. Customer has no recourse if there is an issue. They post to SM everyday but can’t get back to the paying customer. BAD BAD BAD. I was embarrassed I have to give them one star, they deserve zero.

Sent the box to the wrong address. I had to ship it to the correct address, at my expense. They refuse to make it right. They will not answer any messages I’ve sent them. Worst experience. The box was supposed to arrive to my son for Christmas. Since I had to send it, it will be after Christmas.
