Love the hot yoga! I take hot yoga most of the time. However, they have a great variety of classes and the instructors are terrific. You feel safe during these times because it is clean and everyone is spread out. Always pleased with my experience.

Amazing, Clean and welcoming studio. Currently working on my 200 hour training, it is such a wonderful and organized experience. The instructors are passionate and very knowledgeable.So happy this studio is in my town!
