The instructors are excellent. They provide individual attention and clear instructions on how to do each exercise correctly. The classes are fun and keep me in good shape.

Small class sizes ensure personal attention and safety. The people are friendly and the coaches put a lot of mobility work into the class so you are able to move without injury. The schedule is accommodating to working people in that you were able to work out as early as 5:15 a.m. and as late as 8 p.m. They can be found online on social media so you are able to follow the workouts also the workouts are posted inside of the gym. It is amazing how much they can fit into an hour and every time I leave I am stronger for having been challenged. I also like the cleanliness of the gym itself.

This place is phenomenal! The owners, Martha and Craig, are not only supportive in all your fitness endeavors but they do a great job of always keeping the workouts (or WODS) interesting and challenging. The coaches are excellent and the members are very friendly. Definitely would recommend this place!!

I was visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday from out of town and needed to find a crossfit box to train. I googled local boxes and CrossFit Caldwell was the closest to where I was staying. The owners were incredibly welcoming and the facility had all the equipment I needed to train that day except for a female bar. For my scheduled workout that day, I wasn't training the major lifts, so the female bar wasn't vital, but had it been another training day I would not have been able to work out here. The facility was a good size and very clean, with very friendly staff and members. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
