I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. Both my service and sales experiences have been exceptional. I previously visited 2 other dealerships in the North Jersey area and had less than satisfactory experiences. Even though the Caldwell location is the furthest from me, it is always worth the trip! This past month I made my second new car purchase from the Caldwell location. I worked with Ben Zimmer and Oscar. Ben was very up front with all the car details and patient as I asked many questions. He followed through to make sure all my questions were answered and there were no surprises as we closed the deal. I was also impressed with the seamless execution of paperwork, all info was pulled ahead of time and docs ready to be signed. Overall the communication, professionalism, and knowledge at this dealership continues to surpass my expectations. I rarely write reviews but I couldn't pass up this opportunity to give them credit and hopefully save someone else a headache of a bad experience at another dealership. I will continue recommending them to my family/friends!

Very friendly and informative sales personnel. We bought our first Mercedes from this showroom and we came out well educated about every model that we test drove on. Very professional attitude with no stress on buying the add ons whether for car or the maintenance package. Overall great car buying experience!
