I’d like to acknowledge Marjorie and Stacy who work at the customer service desk. They are two of the most helpful, pleasant, patient, kind and just wonderful people I’ve had the we pleasure of receiving customer service from! Their service makes Shop Rite of West Caldwell that much of a better place for me to buy groceries. I've shopped at this Shoprite since 1977 and will continue to do so. The prices are better than any grocery store in the area. The staff are very friendly and eager to be of assistance. The quality of the fresh food is excellent and the selection in all categories are excellent. An improvement: Stop relocating food groups around the store so frequently.

They have a lot of choices, which is really good, but they do not have cellular reception or a working WiFi. I do the shopping and my wife stays home. I don't always know the things that she writes on the list. so, I tend to do a quick search on my phone to find out, but at this ShopRite I can't, I have to ask (which isn't a problem). But what if you need to call your significant other because they have multiple choices of that one item? You can't, you would have to abandon your stuff and go outside to make a call.
