Verona Yoga Studio

This studio is amazing. It saved my pandemic sanity. They offered so many classes, and they recorded them for those who could not log on at a specific time. Prior to the shutdown, the in-studio classes were lovely. The vibe is very low key and the emphasis is on managing your own expectations for practice. It's such a wonderful place to call my yoga home!

Love this yoga studio! Owners are kind and welcoming, and continually giving back to the community. Instructors are great! I have enjoyed meditative classes such as Restorative and felt strengthened from Vinyasa flow. And I love the special events like yoga with live music. :) I highly recommend!

This studio is a beautiful space that has instructors that truly care about their clients’ experience. Lisa and Donna have made an effort to support the local community through events in the park, fundraisers and support of the local businesses. If you’re looking for a place to build your yoga practice in this area, Verona Yoga is the place to do iT!

I needed to find a yoga studio in order to improve my osteoporosis. I saw a Groupon, about two years ago, and decided to try classes at Verona Yoga. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had knew nothing about yoga!nThe environment was low key, warm, and welcoming. The instructors were helpful, informative, and encouraging. However, I thought I would be a beginner lifer!nnOvertime, I have not only shown improvement on my bone density scans, I have improved my balance (although a work in progress) and learned so much. I look forward to being on my mat. This is absolutely due to the instructors at Verona Yoga. Each one gives you the tools to improve your practice, and provides you with ways to continue what you learn on your mat in every day life! Sincerely, they are amazing individuals.nnAlthough I miss doing yoga with the studio community, I’m so grateful for the online classes at this stressful time in our lives. My daughter and I LOVE Verona Yoga! It truly has been a blessing in our lives. Lisa is incredibly patient and lovely. She welcomed us with open arms with her kindness and warmth. The studio is incredibly peaceful and you can feel the positive energy the minute you walk through the door. The classes are intimate and the instructors are excellent, friendly and supportive.
