We are so happy Grace and team have continued to offer an amazing experience for Bikram Yoga lovers. And now back in the studio. The studio layout is redesigned to meet the safety standards for COVID-19, exceptionally clean and sanitized and Grace guides you through the class from the safety of the outside of the studio window. I couldn’t be happier and hot Yoga lovers in the area should try it out.

I LOVE LOVE it here, so much fun. Activities are the real deal, sweat focus just worth it all. So thankful for online classes, keep it up everyone!

Hot Yoga classes here are great! They are challenging, but doable, and the instructors are experienced and professional. The space is one of the best spaces I have ever done hot yoga in and it provides an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall Juniper Yoga & Fitness is a wonderful establishment run by two great sisters who put a lot of care into maintaining a comfortable, clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

The yoga instructors, especially Grace, are knowledgeable and adjust your body so you can get the most out of a class. The space has a good positive vibe. I definitely recommend it.
