I just moved to Verona, in search for the perfect yoga studio and I found it! What a sweet, beautiful, clean space. From the entrance, front desk, to the inside of the studio, and the teacher, it was absolutely superb.nI’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, before yoga got over the top popular, competitive, intense, when studios stayed true to the origins of yoga and its philosophies, and this just hits home in the best ways possible. You can just tell from 1 class that they stay true to yoga.nAnd I think I’m most excited about the Ayurveda massages and workshops they hold there!nThank you for holding this incredible space!

Absolutely love this studio! I can not say enough good things about this place! As a therapist, I was looking for the perfect place for both body and mind. Kanan is a talented yoga instructor who is truly gifted in her approach to holistic healing. She is one of a kind! They have fantastic classes and workshops for all levels. Definitely not intimidating for the first timers who are interested in trying yoga out. The instructors are welcoming and nurturing. This yoga studio is unlike any other.

I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful studio. The teachers are nurturing and deeply instructive. Kanan is so kind and open and the place itself reflects that. I am a novice but in only a half-dozen sessions I feel a huge difference in my typically knotted-up shoulders. I love this place.

When I arrived at this studio I felt as if I came home. It’s warm, inviting, clean and calming. The owner, Kanan is nurturing yet professional and is an exceptional teacher. I attend 3 different classes per week, all with different instructors and I find they all have something special to convey and are completely committed to their practice and students. Absolutely no judgement here. They also offer instructional help and props to help you if needed, which is nice. The classes always have a beautiful harmony of challenge and relaxation - the perfect balance for mind, body & soul. This studio is truly something special in so many ways and I’m grateful to be apart of it.

This is an amazing studio! I went here for the first time with my husband and two good friends for restorative yoga. The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly, and our teacher for the evening was knowledgeable and engaging. The class was extremely relaxing and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning and recommending to other friends.
