4.11.2021: still my favorite CVS; had what I came for, inside organized & clean. Easy checkout. Recommend alcohol wipes by automated check out & card payment machines. Customers can have the option to clean area before touching public used items (ya know, C0vid h0ax)nnOld Review: Giving THIS STORE four stars because I am always pleased with my experience. The store is always neat, well stocked; with items I can’t find at other CVS stores. I buy them out of stock at times because of it. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was July 31st, before my 8pm shift. The CSR saw my item was past the expiration date. He offered to check if a store closer to my job had stock. He found their store had more product but it wasn’t on the shelves. He quickly went to the back and returned with unexpired products. For store purposes, I will always come here first, despite living 3 towns over. I can’t comment on the pharmacy because I’ve never used it.

They never answer the phone. You sit on hold forever, and sometimes it just hangs up on you. Horrible customer service!

Scheduled a flu shot online to go to the drive thru pharmacy on my lunch break. I waited over an hour for my appointment that I scheduled. I ended up having to leave to make it back to work. Didn’t even get my shot. Why make an appointment with a time slot if you have to wait over an hour.

There are two CVS on Pompton Avenue in Cedar Grove of the two I have to say this one is a better location not by much because I’m not much of a CVS person I prefer Walgreens or Rite Aid but if you’re looking for a wide variety of snacks and drinks candies or anything else the CVS is good for you service is also pretty decent as well

I had a similar experience my doctor sent a script over the pharmacist told me it didn’t happen spent the day back and forth while working. Today I got a text it had arrived, I called and was told to get there before 8pm and took ride share to get there and back to find out pharmacy closed at 6pm. So frustrating $23 in the hole only to have to travel back tomorrow to hopefully pick it up again.
