A special thank you to Lourdes and her associate at Talbots Upper Montclair for going above and beyond! They helped my mother with a return, brought everything curbside so we didn't have to go inside during the pandemic, and also found an additional sweater that my mom loved. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I so appreciate the multiple curbside trips they made in horrible weather. We love penguins, and they had a plethora of penguin items!

Love Talvots, but it's being affected by all of this sales stuff and online shopping. The quality is different but I still purchase and order from them. They will accommodate.

Shopping at Talbots in Montclair is shopping at a neighborhood store. The sales people always treat you with personal service and often remember the kind of clothes that you like as well as recommending new styles. They are always so helpful and pleasant and make shopping a wonderful experience. The management of that store should be so pleased with the level of professionalism that their staff demonstrates.

Shop here all the time w/ mom. Staff is very pleasant & store manager is very helpful & bubbly!
