John from service was awesome. Accommodated my requests to keep the car at the dealership for an extra day as I was having my driveway seal coated. Followed up with me several times and this was for a simple oil change. Superior service experience

Agree to purchase an Equinox over the phone with the used-car manager Jeff, receive a Paul Miller Chevrolet management-signed buyers order of that agreement, go to our bank for a fee-based ‘bank check’ demanded by Jeff, arrange (2) paid drivers to go to W Caldwell to pick up the vehicle, only to get there & were told they sold it to someone else! Not even a phone call ahead to advise of a change in plans guys? Not a good business practice in our book...

Service has gone downhill ever since Adam left. I’ve been here numerous times for the same “check engine” light issue with no resolution. Management turnaround is ridiculous, and that alone says a lot. John and Brian both need coaching as they do not know the meaning of excellent customer service, nor how to speak respectively. I’ve also purchased a vehicle from Paul Miller Subaru, and had nothing but great interaction/experience...up until now! Unfortunately, I could not leave a 0 star rating/review! Paul Miller has to do better!

Chris Stacey and John Hayden were so kind and personable. I am a young woman just starting to navigate my own finances and not once did I feel as if the salesmen were taking advantage of my inexperience. They were genuine and understanding. It was a fun and wonderful experience from start to finish! Thank you!

Very detail oriented customer service. I scheduled an appointment, so the service was quick and to the point. The waiting area is very accommodating and the employees are friendly. I have been to Ott Miller Chevrolet for service about 5 times and they never disappoint. They are also very trustworthy.
