This is my 3rd lease with Kia. Each time was exactly how you know leasing/buying would usually go. That said, this last time was above and beyond my previous experiences. A wonderful person by the name Estela made it all possible. Not only understood my situation, but alleviated the stresses of getting returning an old lease and acquiring a new vehicle with ease. BEST experience here. I had a budget and they worked with me to get me into the car I wanted for the right price. My salesman was Sal, and as he told us he was fairly new to Fette Kia but he really took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the new car I was leasing as if he was working there for years. This Kia dealership in Clifton was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Frank got me a great deal with a new 2020 Kia Forte GT in the color I wanted (space grey) and with a sunroof. The customer service was fantastic and the deal was transparent as we were able to lower my monthly from a good credit score. I recommend all my folks to go see Frank!
