Matt was absolutely spectacular! He was patient with me, explained everything I asked him to explain, and made me feel comfortable with all the new technology I'm not used to. Matt made this process so easy I still don't believe it. I have never had a better car buying experience in my life, and I have been buying cars for 50 years! If every dealership or sales person had to meet Matt's standard of excellence, there wouldn't be any left because he is the best of the best!! Highly recommend!!!

Loved working with Matt & Brian. Excellent service with them!!!nnbut very disappointed and annoyed with Greg in finance. He didn’t explain any documents, kept just putting them in my face to sign. Not one explanation. When I was done he didn’t even acknowledge I was done and made me make my own final payment at desk. No communication. And asked why I was asking so many questions was I a teacher?. I said I am asking questions because I’m reading the documents. Very unprofessional. Never gave me a copy of my insurance information which I had my insurance company provide to the dealership. I reached out to NJM for a copy of it. If I ever have to come back I will not work with Greg. When he told me he had several customers to check out at the end of the day I offered to come in another time. He said no it would be fine. I waited an hour to see him and then to have his rudeness while I was in there was the icing on the cake. I hope the dealership takes this questionnaire seriously and addresses that issue because I am sure it affects your business.

Our purchase was simple and quick. Jimmy was great and communication in general with the dealership was great. Since our purchase we had to come back for an accessory install and that went fine as well. Thank you - we will return!
