Public Storage

I was told I had to buy public storage 20 dollar lock so I did. I purchased the disk one. I put it on the storage unit and it only went through only half the lock. I left it like that for a week or so. I brought a square public storage lock I had at home and it fit the unit perfectly. I wanted my money back and she refused. I got beat for 20 bucks. The unit is filthy the ceiling is all buckling and the material on the ceiling is all hanging. It's actually disgusting there. Wasn't like that when I rented from them years ago. The outside looks nice but the units are gross. I told christina I wanted a different unit. I went today to the unit and see that the one right across from me was empty she never offered it me. ..waiting to see if she does. If not I'm moving my stuff out ..

Last minute I needed storage and Christina was there to help! She showed me the exact size I would need and even showed me different ways to protect my stuff. Thank Christina for making this process quick and easy for me.

I am moving and needed help. I went to public storage. The associate America suggested moving supplies, boxes, bubble wrap and tape. America was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she even helped me to take the supplies to my car. I will definitely go back to this location. I recommend her. Thanks for your help!

I had trouble getting into storage and Ms. America who was in the office was awesome. She went out of her way to get us out. And finally we were able to get here stuff.nnThank you very much. She is an asset and a delight to any organization. And you can see her smile through her mask. Thank you.

I have been a customer at public storage for 20 years. My best experience in Public storage since we have America, us a property manager; she is always helping me when I need something in referent to my unit. She is respectful, polite., she also is fluent in Spanish. I'm so happy she comes .back to Monsey under her administration, Everything looks nice clean, and organizer again. Great Job, America!!
