Domino's Pizza

So the first time I ordered around 10:30pm and didn’t receive my order after 12am. Pizza burnt and cold. So the franchise gave me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. This time I go to use my gift certificate and manager at the store doesn’t sound friendly to take my order and said I couldn’t use my gift certificate for delivery??? The gift certificate does not state that it had to be specifically a carryout order. Whatever, I’m able to work through it and get the order for delivery. Now It’s over an hour, and again the pizza has not even left the store. The store is not even 10 mins away from me. Smh

Parking is terrible at this location, however the pizza isn't bad.

I ordered online. The order was timely but they did not even cut the pizza through the bottom. I’m a driver and I was fighting to rip my pizza into sloppy pices

I made an order at 7:49pm and didn’t receive my order until 9:38pm, and cold of course. It most certainly wasn’t the first time this has happened neither. I can comfortably say that this Domino’s is the worst store in the state of NY. I’m officially done.
