I really expected a laxed or an indifferent attitude but pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and the welcome

Three people at the front desk. One on his phone standing in the corner by the door ignoring people coming in. Another with her AirPods in just standing there not doing anything. No one walking around cleaning or sanitizing or ensuring masks are worn properly or even at all. People with non approved masks worn working out on the floor and no one is saying a thing. This one gym makes me want to cancel my whole membership because of the lack of health and safety.

No problems with the gym or staff - gym has all of the basics, etc. but they make it so difficult to cancel your membership, even during a PANDEMIC you have to go in person OR spend more money to send a hand-written letter... seriously what century is this? Terrible customer service, I feel like they do this intentionally so people continue to pay for memberships they don't use.

Love this planet fitness always clean and it’s never to crowded. Staff is always nice.. bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean ... one thing can we get a sauna room lol
