This is a fantastic gym so well equipped so many great classes, and all the staff are so professional and knowledgeable ..it is certainly a pleasure working out there....

Have been a member since they opened and I love it! Spotless and great equipment!

Steam room AND dry sauna. Bathrooms are excellent and well maintained. Movie theater cardio area, fully equipped weight floor, separate turfed area for flexibility and calisthenic type work, power lifting areas and more. On top of that a smoothie bar and child care center for use during gym hours. A step above a regular gym and a step below a lifetime type club. They Also offer a community rate to any volunteer EMS or firefighters. Great place.

Great gym and best bang for the buck in the area.

Friendly staff and state of the art, clean facilities. Couldn't really ask for much more from a gym
